Here’s a really quick and fun way to decorate a cupcake for a birthday celebration! This technique can be used to decorate pencils in a jar or sticks in a floral arrangement - or become plant pokes in a flower pot. There is no end to where these might end up!
No need for a birthday greeting? No worries - you can easily switch this up and die cut another phrase. The possibilities are endless!

Materials List
- Elizabeth Craft Designs: Happy Birthday - Small
- Cupcake or Flowers
- Dowels, shishkebob skewers or rods
- Glue or double-sided adhesive
DIY Instructions

Die cut each word twice using colours of your choice. (Adhere extra layers for stability if necessary.)

Apply glue to the back of one Happy Birthday diecut, then lay it over the top end of the skewer. Sandwich the skewer with by adhering the second diecut behind the first, and voila! That’s it!
