Easy DIY Mermaid Backdrop

I used shiny, iridescent paper plates I found at the dollar store and simply glued them onto a backdrop I made by taping together several pieces of foam core poster board (also found at the dollar store--that's the best place to get it). It's the perfect dessert table or photo booth backdrop."
