Graduation Party Favors

"These fillable graduation favors look like graduation caps, complete with tassels! They're easy to make with plastic take-out cups, card stock, yarn, and flat-backed pearls (though you could use a small circle of paper, or a rhinestone, or a button, or many other things instead of the pearls). I filled my fillable graduation hat party favors with cotton candy, but you can fill them with anything. You could even fill them with cash for a great graduation gift!"
