Materials:

• tissue paper roll
• double stick tape
• scissors
• 1.75 x 5 piece of cardstock
• ribbon
• page of crepe paper
• candy

Instructions:

1. Place double stick tape on a crepe paper square. Put the toilet paper roll on the tape and roll it across crepe paper. Apply tape on the end of the crepe paper and secure.
   
   
    
2. Twist one end of the crepe paper and secure with a ribbon tied in bow.
   
   
    
3. Fill the roll with candy, twist the other end and secure with a ribbon, tied in bow.
   
   
    
4. Fold cardstock and cut on an angle, to create a “flag” look write message and attach tag to finished roll.
