St Patricks Day Crown
"Supplies: 2 pieces of scrapbook paper, a “toothless” head band, crepe paper, trims, magazine font letters, double stick tape. I rip up magazines for cool fonts and cut them to size and store in this plastic bead container. Cut two pieces of scrapbook paper in an arch shape. Use double stick tape to pleat crepe paper to the backside. Use the other piece of arched paper to cover crepe paper securing it with hot glue. Then glue the arched paper to the headband. Have fun decorating with flowers, shamrocks, junk jewelry, ribbons, trims, feathers. Cover all the edges with glitter glue."
