Electro-Pop Neon Enamels Transfer Sheets: These go on much like foil transfer sheets but, instead of a shiny, metallic finish, Neon Enamels create a glossy, enamel finish similar to hard candy or nail polish. Use Enamels with stencils and either Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO or Transfer Gel Blanco; Transfer Gel Blanco creates a white basecoat on dark papers to really help the neon colors pop and does require a hot laminator. Transfer Gel DUO can be used with heat or pressure from a die-cutting machine. Use Enamels with Deco Foil Foam Adhesive Sheets to create glossy, die-cut embellishments with dimension.

Electro-Pop Neon Flock Transfer Sheets: Flock Sheets add a fuzzy, velvety finish to your projects when used with stencils and one of the Deco Foil Transfer Gels, or with dies and Deco Foil Foam Adhesive Sheets. On darker backgrounds, use Transfer Gel Blanco and a hot laminator for the most accurate neon color.

Electro-Pop Neon Glitz Glitter Gel: Use Glitz Glitter Gel with stencils to add an instant POP of neon color and the sparkle of glitter to projects, with no mess, or apply over a piece of cardstock to make your own glitter paper for backgrounds and die cutting. Electro-Pop Neon Glitz also look amazing with existing colors of Gina K. Designs Glitz Glitter Gels, bringing the total number of Glitz shades to 17. Mix different colors of Glitz on one stencil to create unique, beautiful effects.

Electro-Pop Neon Glitz, Flock and Enamels all pair perfectly with Rina K.’s two debut Stamp n Stencil Collections, Sweet Stuff and Sending Sunshine. The Stamp n Stencil System includes Clear Stamps, Craft Dies and a coordinating Detail Stencil that makes it easy to embellish the stamped designs with these fun finishes. The Detail Stencil also includes a larger background design for decorating card fronts and envelope flaps. You can also use the bold and detail stamps together, without any stenciling, to create gorgeous two-step stamped art.
