Bling a ding Ring
These are quick and easy rings I used to crochet for parties. They look good and go well with everything. I wear a medium ring and the elastic makes it fit a lot of sizes, or you can add or decrease the number of chains for the band if you need it smaller or larger.
Materials:
- 20 – 6mm glass beads
- Metallic elastic cord
- Size 5 steel crochet hook
Stitches: Ch – chain, Slst – slip stitch
Instructions:
-
Thread 20 beads onto elastic yarn (hold them loosely away from piece you’re working on and slide them up to work as needed), Ch 4, join with slst in first ch, *slide a bead up to work closely, slst into a ch on ring securing bead to ring, working around ring repeat from *, until all beads are anchored on ring, grouping beads toward top of work.
-
Turn ring top over and slst into one stitch on outer underside of stitches, ch 18, join in a stitch on opposite side of ring with slst.
-
Fasten off, weave in ends.
