Instructions:

2. Wax paper is scrunched up to give dimension, while the old pattern paper is used to make it light and fun.
   
   
    
3. The fun strip along the bottom is achieved by taking a few layers of wax paper or pattern paper and cutting several small strips, use the super tape to hold it all down in place.
