There are a great number of tips for sewing on canvas that I find may help me next time. I always used a 14 or 16 needle never thought to use a jean needle,use larger stitches and I did not iron it because I was afraid it would scorch now I know that you can spritz it with water and move the iron on the wrinkles and best tip of all is roll the canvas until you are ready to use to keep it from creasing. Thanks for these super tips for sewing with canvas. Anyone melt their canvas by ironing it like I have done before?
