Wait don't throw those PJ's away or other clothing that have holes or do not need any more why not recycle them into some heat packs. All you need is fabric (whatever size you want to make it) rice and thread. So simple and easy to make and everyone can use one at least once in awhile. I add some essential oil in rice before I put in the pack. They feel great. Super tutorial.

What a great way to re purpose old pairs of pants, or any smaller pieces of fabric. This could be a great hostess gift or a gift for the person who has everything. I might consider adding some lavender to the rice to create a pleasing and relaxing scent.
