For moms or grandmothers with similar requirements, here's is an easy one. I have lined it because the netting could become itchy around the armhole. It is necessary to use very soft nylon netting or tulle. You can make this frozen costume with free pattern and tutorial."

Such a darling pattern! Could be adapted for either zipper or buttons in the back, and glad there is a solution for the itchy tulle fabric. I have added gussets to a similar pattern as my daughter grew but still wanted to wear her special gown... And a flouncy trim on the hem bottom to add length, or you could cheat with a longer under-slip. Add a wand using the bodice material covering a star on a dowel. So cute and so fun for the little girls!
