"The t-shirt dress is the easiest outfit for summer. It's also the comfiest while still looking nice and put together. Use this step by step tutorial to make your own t-shirt dress out of 1.5-2 yards of knit fabric. Look for a knit with a decent amount of stretch like a jersey knit. In addition to the tutorial there is a free printable pdf pattern for a size large t-shirt dress. If you're not a large you can still use this pattern just use a dress that does fit you to adjust the pattern to your size."

This is such a great idea. It's very simple to do and won't cost much either. That's my requirements in a DIY project. Easy, inexpensive and cute. The material is soft and cool too. I would suggest not using horizontal stripes if you are a plus size or making it for a plus size lady.

I can't believe my eyes. I had he same exact dress in college except mine was in black and white. I got it from a friend and it was comfort gallore, I wore it with my vans or with sandals when I was hanging out with my friends. I didn't know it was this easy to make. Shirt dresses are your lazy sewing pattern type of dress, you can make it free size or fitted like this one.
