Mini Quilt-as-you-go Keychain
"I'm a beginner quilter and I've been loving the idea of starting a quilt using a quilt-as-you-go method. But there are so many variations I wanted to test them out on a smaller scale first! So this is my practice mini quilt-as-you-go keychain project. I used tiny scrap fabrics and even scraps of old towel for the batting. I really like how they turned out and they've boosted my confidence to try something bigger. All the step by step images of how I made these are up on my blog Scrap Fabric Love where I am documenting the scrappy projects I'm doing in an effort to re-teach myself to sew after years of leaving my skills dormant!
