"Quilting Arts Bookmarks made from fabric scraps – A recent post on Facebook asked “do you give teacher appreciation gifts for teachers at the beginning or end of the new school year?” While completing a quilted inspired pillow recently, it occurred to me that I could use the scraps to create a fun bookmark that any teacher would love and appreciate. Or give to any book lover or sewing enthusiast, they will be ever so pleased."

Did someone say read and easy? Two of my favorite things. Any DIY project that is easy, cute and inexpensive gets my mark of approval and ends up on my to do list. I can make up a bunch of these now and put them in the box for Christmas. Thank you for sharing.
