DIY Studded Flats
Need some inspiration on how to decorate plain shoes? Liven up those blah black pumps with this DIY Studded Flats project from I Love to Create! Tulip Sparkle fabric paint makes everything better, so feel free to come up with your own wacky designs!
Materials:
- Pair of solid colored flats
- Tulip's Beads in a Bottle (in a color of your choice)
Instructions:
- Simply paint away on your shoes with the Beads in a Bottle paint! To help you stick to a pattern, or to try something out before actually painting it, you could use a piece of chalk.
