St. Patrick's Day Card
This charming St. Patrick's Day card features a shamrock made from a simple paper napkin and a little green frog ready to hop right off the card. You can adapt this project to whatever paper scraps you have on hand. Create your own greeting and don't forget to check out our St. Patrick's Day Guide.
Materials:
- Holiday or green napkin
- Cardstock (yellow, green, white and black)
- Perfect Paper Adhesive
- Soft brush
- Decorative paper scraps
- Green frog- Willez Critter Collection
- Gold Foil Letters- Styl'ines
Instructions
- Cut the shamrock from a paper napkin. If you cannot find a paper napkin, consider using a real clover leaf, cutting your own from paper, using a sticker, or even making a die cut.
- If you select the napkin method, cut it out and then carefully remove the two white layers from the back. Adhere the design to the background papers using PPA - Matte (Perfect Paper Adhesive) and a soft brush. (Since this adhesive has no appreciable 'stickiness', it will not tear the delicate napkin.)
- Layer various coordinating card stock pieces. Then add little strips of paper scraps to embellish the card using double-sided tape or Great Tape.
- Adhere the frog to the card using PPA and add your greeting. We used gold foil Styl'ines "Card Making Words."
