DIY Desk Organizer and Homework Station
"I created a homework station for my daughter to keep all the paperwork and homework supplies neatly organized above her desk. It was a super easy project and I use all scrap wood to build the file holder. I started with an old shelf and used a couple of 2 x 4's for the sides. A 1 x 4 for the bottom and a 1 x 3 for the front. I attached them all using wood glue and screws. Fresh paint and an encouraging quote make it fun. A few hooks below it hold little buckets with all the supplies needed. The buckets can simply be taken to where ever they are needed."

I love anything that is for organization, especially if you can make it yourself. This is really cool and I know my daughtervwould love it and actually use it. Now that she is in 5th grade she has homework almost everynight and this would help her stay organized and keep track of it.
