My friend made me one of these and put in a cushioned pad on the bottom as well as a matching napkin cover to use as a hot bread basket. Ikeep it on top of my microwave and it holds my two homemade heating pads that go in the mircrowave, so it is handy. But I still use it to serve rolls or bread if needed, so,duel purpose for me! It really is handy and looks great!

Wow! Wonderful idea for a home decor and organization project. The instructions are very well explained. It is the first time I have come across good directions for lining the interior of a basket or container. Well done, and very nice. Now, how many different bins should I make? And in how many colors?

What a nice project and it is functional too. My mother used to make similar boxes using wallpaper instead of fabric. I still have one of her boxes, and use it for storing my gigantic collection of scarves. I would use these to store socks, belts and all sorts of household knick knacks.
