Shades of Summer Drop Garland

Add bright colors to your summer celebration with this Shades of Summer Drop Garland.  Great for parties and weddings, this colorful garland is easy to make and can be put together with whatever fabric you have on hand.  Mix and match colors and put together a fun decoration that's sure to turn heads.  You could also use this fun garland as a backdrop for a photo shoot or photo booth.  Have fun this summer, and all year through, with this easy and fun drop garland!

Materials:

• 1 Yd each of Oly*Fun™ fabric in 6 or more colors
• Glue Sticks
• Ribbon
• Scissors
• Pinking Shears (optional)

Instructions:
You can use die cuts to add additional shapes or letters to your garland. Or you can draw designs on the Oly*Fun with fabric markers.

1. Draw circles onto the Oly*Fun fabric using household items as templates.
    
2. Cut ribbon to your desired length for your project.
    
3. Cover one side of a circle with glue and place on the table glue side up.
    
4. Lay the ribbon down the center of the circle. Place the matching circle on top and press.
    
5. Repeat the process down the length of the ribbon.
    
6. Set garland aside for a few minutes for the glue to dry and hang how desired.
