Embroidered Makeup Cloths

"I wrote an older post about providing embroidered makeup washcloths for guests, but it’s a project worth revisiting. I’m in the middle of decorating a countryside lake house, and I’m using white towels in all the bathrooms, so a dark colored cloth for makeup is not only a lovely touch but a very smart strategy. Not everyone owns a home embroidery machine, but for those of you who do (or know a friend who has one), this is a thoughtful luxury that is actually an easy and affordable DIY project."
