Tagua Nut Lamp Pull

Make a Tagua Nut Lamp Pull and watch your home decor come alive. This lamp craft idea is fun to make and looks fabulous.


 

Materials:

• Large tagua nut (many colors are available)
• 2 large gold-plated bead caps (can also use silver/bronze/copper)
• 2" head pin
• Ball chain connector
• Ball chain of any length
• Swarovski crystal bead (optional)

Instructions:

1. Get a large tagua palm seed of your choosing.
    
2. Take a 2" head pin and slide on a large bead cap.
    
3. Then you slide the seed onto the head pin and add another bead cap before securing by using a nose plier to make a loop on top the head pin. I recommend making at least 3 loops to make sure it does not come undone. You can always add another bead before looping the head pin.
    
4. Take a 6-8 mm jump ring and connect it to the head pin.
    
5. Take a ball chain connector and connect it to the jump ring.
    
6. Cut about 6-8 inches of 3mm ball chain of your liking.
    
7. The last step is to add a ball chain fastener. The fan/lamp pull is now ready for hanging!
