Tic Tac Tote

Blend your love of fun and fashion with this adorable Tic-Tac Tote! Brighten a simple bag with Tulip® Cool Color Spray™ and embellish felt hearts with Tulip® Dimensional Fabric Paint™.

Materials:

• Tulip® Cool Color Spray™ for Fabric
  • FLSP5 Hot Pink
• Tulip® 3D Fashion Paint
  • 65038 Black
• White tote
• Tailor's chalk
• Scissors
• Newspapers
• Velcro
• Masking tape: 1/4" width
• Stiff felt - white and red

Steps:

1. Lay two strips of tape vertically on tote to make 3 evenly spaced sections. Repeat with taping going horizontally to make 9 squares.
    
2. Cover work surface with newspapers and lay tote on papers, covering straps. Spray Hot Pink Cool Color Spray™ over tote. Let dry and remove tape.
    
3. Cut out heart pattern and trace around shapes with tailor's chalk onto stiff felt - 5 red and 4 white. Cut out.
    
4. Use Black Slick Tulip® Dimensional Fabric Paint™ to create different facial expressions on each heart. Refer to photo. Let dry.
    
5. Attach velcro squares on back of each heart and onto each square. Attach hearts to bag.
