How to Make the True Love DIY Keychain
-
Add a thin layer of watermelon paint to the top of the heart and allow to dry.
-
Give the heart an uneven wash with the pink paint.
-
Use the Super Glue to affix the mirror heart to the wooden heart and allow to dry.
-
Add strips of rhinestone stickers diagonally across the heart, alternating between pink and clear strips. To ensure that the stickers won’t come loose, add glue to the back of each strip before adding them to the heart. Use the scissors to cut off any reaming part of the strip of stickers.
-
Use the black pen to add squiggles in the area around the heart. Allow to dry thoroughly.
-
Use the silver pen to highlight some of the black squiggles.
-
Cover the mirror heart with a small piece of paper, and then spray the top of the wooden heart with the varnish. Allow to dry thoroughly.
-
Spray the back of the heart with a coat of varnish and allow to dry thoroughly.
-
Add the key ring and voila!
