- Green, dark gray and cream paper
- Adhesive

Steps:
- Punch out two Scalloped Rectangles from Green paper. Adhere to the top of the wrapper of chosen treat.
- Punch out two snowmen (One Dark Gray, One Cream) Trim off the hat from the Gray one and adhere it to the Cream one.
- Punch out three circles with the hole punch and adhere.
- Tie ribbon and trim ends with Squishy Scissors.
