New Years Eve Place Mat

If you are trying to make party favors to ring in the new year than look no further.  These wonderful 2012 place mats and party favors from Sizzix will have your guests anticipating the new year with open arms.



Materials:

• Sizzix Bigz Alphabet Set 2 Dies - Serif Essentials Numbers
• Sizzix Bigz Pro Die - Circle, Ribbon
• Sizzix Bigz Pro Die - Box, Candy-Shaped
• Cardstock
• Glitter
• Patterned Paper
• Ribbon
• Treats

Instructions:

1. Die-cut a Ribbon Circle from silver cardstock to form a place mat.
    
2. Die-cut Candy Box from patterned paper and fold along the crease lines to assemble.
    
3. Place treats inside the Box and secure closed.
    
4. Wrap ribbon around the end of the Box and tie in a bow. Repeat on opposite end.
    
5. Die-cut 2012 from cardstock using the Serif Essentials Number Set and embellish with glitter.
    
6. Adhere the Numbers to a small, tent-shaped strip of cardstock. Adhere the strip to the Box. Repeat for every place setting.
