Starting at bottom of bag. Using your crochet hook, pull first ch 3 through ch sp below it, from back to front. Then pull round 3 ch's from back to front through round 2's ch's. Then pull round 4's ch's from back to front through round 3's ch's, and so on. This will form the braided appearance.
Round 39: Sc to join(mnr), Sc in ea st around, placing 1 sc in last loop of ch's(braid) to hold in place. Sk last 2 sts.
