I love the smell of lavender and it has a calming effect and the rose petal smells amazing so the two combined must be amazing. I am trying to use all natural things for health and beauty so I have got to try this body scrub. There is a super great video to guide you through this super easy scrub too. You can also use essential oils too. What a great gift this would be for family member or friend and don't forget about Mother's Day.

Now this is what I call a DIY project. I get to play around in some good smelling stuff and when I am finished I get to play around in some good smelling stuff. This exfoliate is a simple way to pay yourself back for all the care you provide for others. And gifting to special friends just may get you a lot of praise.

I can almost smell this recipe right now. This scrub is sure to have you feeling relaxed when you apply it with the fresh lavender. You will also feel fresh exfoliated skin after a good rinse. At this time, I do not have any fresh lavender but I have asked Alexia to place in on my shopping list. I can not wait to try this easy recipe.

WHATS BETTER TO MAKE YOUR OWN COMPOST IN AN APT. ANY CRAFT SHOP HAS STORAGE BINS PUT ONE WITH THE SCRAPS OF PAPER TO START YOUR COMPOST AND THEN ADD YOUR RAW MATERIALS SUCH AS COFFEE AND THE TABLE SCRAP PUT THEM ALL TOGETHER IN A LARGE STORAGE BIN MIX IT WITH YOUR LIQUID WATER FROM ALL YOUR GREENS WITHOUT SALT BUT ADD BAKING SODA INSTEAD MIX ONCE A WEEK CLOCKWISE AND COUNTER CLOCK WISE IF HAD A GARDEN OUTSIDE I WOULD USE OTHER MATERIALS LEAVES AND SAND AND I WOULD USE A LARGE RUBBER DRUM FOR RAIN WATER OR SNOW WITH A HOSE INSIDE AND MAKE A HOLE OUTSIDE THE DRUM TO POUR INTO WATERING CAN LESS TIME RUNNING BACK AND FORTH TO TURN WATER ON AND OFF.
