I think this would be a good base to use to decorate in an Easter theme. How cute would it be with silk flower blossoms and faux eggs? The tree branch could be spray painted in a light green or white color. Purple beading would add to the pretty colors. I used to decorate a small artificial tree for Easter and my kids loved it. A little bunny or bird could be set on a twig for added whimsy.

This DIY holiday project is something that I would like to do at home myself. This craft is not for everyone's taste, but if you like a certain minimalist decorating approach and you've got a creative eye then this is for you! At first I did not even notice the picture frame in the background. It's used to attach the branch to it. Cute idea!
