I'm also confused on step 18 where it says "starting with top... just as we did on other side" However, this is where we actually begin to add the outside beads (so other side yet) HELP I gave 3 stars because I can't complete until I get better explanition for step 18 (Plastic Cavas Wind Spinner)

when it says to work to the double yellow does that mean in each section or down to the middle where the pink 45" is I need help.
