Crochet Plastic Bag Dispenser

Materials:
- WW cotton
- H Hook
- 2 Elastic Ponytail Holders
- Yarn Needle
Instructions:

Round 1: Ch 3. 35 DC around elastic band. Sl st to top of ch 3.

Round 2 & 3: Ch 3. DC in back loop of each DC. Sl st to top of ch 3.

Round 4-27 (or desired length): Ch 3. DC around. Sl st to top of ch 3.

Round 28: Ch 1. SC around elastic band. Sl st to top of ch 1.
- To finish: Ch 40. Sl st halfway around to one of the sc. Sew in ends.
