Although I SO LOVE the Lion Brand Bonbons yarn, and have made tons of flowers and garlands with it- I think for this bag I would go ahead with the suggestion of using worsted weight yarn here and make the bag bigger. Somehow I don't see how the bag could hold up under anything that is put inside it. I'd solve that by using the heavier weight yarn- plus I'd like a bigger hippie flower child bag! super cute pattern!
