Grey Garden Crochet Hat
"This fun hat comes in 4 sizes and they can each be made from just one skein of Berroco Indigo yarn! With this awesome yarn and the correct gauge, the flair in the hat holds on it’s own, so no wire is needed. Accent your hat with a fun piece of trim or contrasting scrap of yarn, and maybe even a flower or other embellishment. Dress it up to make it your own!"

I love the look of this Grey Garden Crochet Hat. The texture the stitches make are so nice looking. I found some hat wire (plastic) at Jo Ann Fabric and bought 8 yards of it. I love wide brim hats to keep the sun off my face and neck while working in the garden. The blogger say if you are using another type of yarn to use the wire for the brim, thankfully I have have it. I like the rope bow in the picture, nice and rustic looking. I'll be making a few of these hats for my grand children and myself to use. Thank you so much for this free crochet pattern.

I just love this hat, and just in time for Easter. I love the versatility of this hat. I think a contrasting ribbon, with a bow would look pretty. I also think a medium size flower with a few greens with a couple little flowers would look very pretty as well.

Very cute hat. Very frightening mannequin. I wonder if there's a similar knitted version out there.
