I got excited when I saw this beanie first, because of the color teal and second, because of the unique pattern used. I have seen so many beanies before but this is the first I have seen this pattern. Not ordinary. In fact, I've done so many beanies in the past a gift, for personal use, and for sale but they were all done in double crochets. Nonetheless, those beanies look great. I made them in different vibrant colors.

I just love this Mayuris Crochet Beanie pattern. I am always looking for different patterns for hats to make and give as gifts for the Holidays and this one is a keeper.. The pattern is well written and I like the fact that the pattern already figured out the different sizes to save me from doing it. I'll be making these in every ones favorite colors to give and a purple and white one for me. Thank you for this beautiful hat pattern.

This pattern is perfect! It just goes to show you that with some simple stitches you can end up with such an adorable beanie. While it looks amazing in two colours, I could imagine this hat in ombre tones, going from light to dark, or even in bright rainbow colours. It's also unisex, which is a great option for families!
