The shawl is bigger than you see in the first picture as part of it has been tucked into the dresser. The shawl is worked starting from the base of the triangle."

Loving the drape and the sweet and girly color plus that fringe! I too have made things from scratch with an idea in my head and had it not turn out quite the way I wanted. I admire her trying and trying again until she finally got it. And I am glad she did, otherwise we would not be able to have access to making one for ourselves! I gotta add this to my list of must-haves.

This triangle shawl helps this mom complete an item on her daughter's Christmas list. I always think shawls are so romantic and this one has that feel too. Just a little something to chase away a chill and add to your security. This is lovely made up in a solid but Lion Brands Mandala would be beautiful too. Tassels or not...mmm. I think maybe, but perhaps longer ones than shown.

This Tyra Triangle Shawl is sweet! I love the simple stitches and the fans in the shawl are beautiful! I haven't decided if I want to add the tassels or not? I guess it all depends on who is going to steal this one. This pattern is so well written it will come out great! Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.
