This is one of the easiest, most inexpensive wreaths that I have seen in a long time. By picking different color napkins you can tailor it to suit the season or holiday. Think red, white and blue for summer. Orange and Browns for Fall or even orange and black for Halloween. In Florida I have to keep it inside due to the constant humidity.
