If you have ever wanted to make a outdoor wreath with some awesome fabric that you have but did not want to leave it outside to get ruined in rain or snow then this wreath is what you have been looking for. It uses powertex(a fabric hardener.) This is a good tutorial t with pictures to show you step by step pictures to achieve this wreath. Now that you know how why not make one for different occasions.
