Birdcage Easter Basket
Looking for some fresh spring craft ideas? Easter is the perfect time to use pretty pastels and florals in your projects. A Birdcage Easter Basket from Tiffany Windsor is easy to construct and looks great on top of a table or on a mantel. Make one before this year's Easter brunch.
Materials:
- Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Spray
- Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue
- Wooden egg cutouts
- Acrylic paint
- Paint brush
- Scrapbook paper
- Ribbons, trims, embellishments
- Paper flowers
- Sheet moss
Instructions:

Paint eggs front, back and sides. Let dry.

Trace egg pattern onto back of scrapbook paper. Cut along pattern line.

Working in a well ventilated area, spray Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Spray onto the back of the paper eggs. Immediately glue to front of wood eggs.

Using Aleene’s Tacky Glue, glue ribbons, trims and embellishments onto front of egg.

Cut sheet moss to fit inside bottom of birdcage and insert in place.

Cut and fold a second sheet of moss and insert in place in birdcage.

Arrange decorated eggs and flowers inside birdcage.
- Glue embellishment (bird) to lid of cage.
