"I'm not a cake decorator, but luckily for this project, you don't have to be! No special skills required. What I am is a mama who loves to spoil her babies, no matter how old they get. My easy Cake in a Can surprise is inspired by something my mother-in-law makes and I can't resist. I knew I wanted to put my own spin on it. It's a simple, special treat - and it travels well by mail. Bonus!"

What a great idea! I just love this Cake in a Can Surprise. As I was reading the how to, I thought this would be great to do a lot of these to send to the solders over seas. But then I thought they would be moldy before they get them. Darn, It would be a good idea if the cake could stay fresh longer. This would be a good thing to do for teen parties too. So many ideas running though my head. LOL Thank you so much for sharing this cool cake in a can idea.
