Glitter Pumpkin Bags

These Glitter Pumpkin Bags from Amanda Formaro make awesome containers for handmade sweets.  You could also fill them with a trick or treat and hand them out to kids on Halloween.  These sacks are easy and fast to make and are perfect for a party.

Materials:

• 3"x4" muslin treat bags
• Waxed paper
• Pumpkin stencil
• Spouncer or stencil brush
• So Soft Glitter fabric paint:
•      Puffy paint: red, purple, green, orange, black
•        Sizzling Red
•        Purple Passion
•        Limelight
•        Tiger Orange

Instructions:

1. Insert waxed paper inside of each muslin page to keep paint from seeping through.
   
   
    
2. Place stencil onto bag and apply glitter paint with spouncer. Repeat for each bag and each color.
   
   
    
3. Use puffy paint to add dashes along the bottom of each bag.
   
   
    
4. Use black puffy paint to add dots to the eyes.
    
5. Allow everything to dry undisturbed for several hours.
