What a neat idea. It's inexpensive, easy and cute. Those three words make me happy as a clam. I will have to have some in most of my rooms including the bedrooms since people have a habit of setting glasses of wTer or coffee on the night stands. Just a tip, if you go to Lowes or Home Depot they have 4" square floor tile samples that you can get for free. I covered an old side table top with them.

Did you use the glazed tiles to make your coasters? Does the foil stay on it? They are using unfinished wood to make theirs and I would not think the wood would repel the water.I would love to make these especially for Christmas with the foils but wondered if the foil will stay on. I never knew Home Depot gave free tile saamples. Is it all or just certain ones. Can not wait to make them.
