"This necklace makeover was fun to do using up a collection of mismatched beads in my “sort these beads” box. Now that I used up a lot of them….I have less beads to sort! LOL. I got the necklace at a garage sale recently for $2.00 and wondered how hard it would be to attach rows of beads. Turns out it is easy using long length head pins. I didn’t like the existing chunky chain, so I swapped it out for some pretty beaded chain. "

    Instructions

    1. Use flat head pins to attach beads in various sizes and shapes to metal bars on an old necklace.

    2. Keep adding beads until they are spaced like you want them.

    3. If you like the existing chain, you are finished! If you would like a new look, then used colorful beaded chain.
