Paint a Cute Teddy Bear
Learn how to paint a simple and cute teddy bear. Teddy bears are a great decoration to have in a child's room or to put on a greeting card. Teddy bears make kids smile.
Materials:
- Brushes
- Paints: terra cotta, coral, yellow orchard, black, white, green, burnt Umber
- Transfer paper
- Pencil
- Tape
- Unfinished wood box
Instructions:
- Enlarge image and transfer it the surface of your choice. This is an unfinished wood box from a craft store.
- Paint bear terra cotta. Paint beehive yellow ochre and coral for ears, bottom of feet and mouth. Paint bee yellow and wings white. Let dry.
- Using burnt umber darken Teddy in some areas including the beehive.
- Use burnt umber and a very fine brush to finish the lines across the bee and the beehive. Outline Bear creating its fur with black paint.
