Christmas Slip Stitch Table Runner
"This slip stitch table runner is worked lengthwise with a new yarn used for every row. All the ends are then used to create fringe for the ends of the runner that hang off the table. The slip stitches add a nice design, and a little texture. This table runner is a great way to get in the holiday spirit. You can of course change the colors for any holiday of your choice, or just to match your decor."
Knitting Needle Size9 or 5.5 mm
Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

To be honest with you, when I first saw this I assumed that it was a slip stitch crochet project from Jessie At Home. But it is actually KNIT. However, you can take this same concept and apply it to crochet. Same idea. It will work for you. But please remember to keep your slip stitches loose as you go or it will become challenging to work into those stitches!

This is one of my favorite projects. This one is so easy and so pretty that I have to make it. I especially like the idea that it makes its own fringe. No going back and having to tie them on. This is going to be on my to do list.
