Easy Velvet Headband
"Looking for a quick and easy gift idea? Try this velvet headband pattern – all you need to know is how to knit and purl! For this design to be as cozy and comfy as possible, it’s best to use a velvet yarn. You do have several options for these now! I choose Bernat Velvet, which is a bulky (category #5) yarn, so it works up nice and thick. If you don’t want to use a velvet yarn, you can totally go with another bulky yarn that gets gauge. Headband/Ear Warmer is knit flat on straight needles and seamed in back, making this a perfect project for someone who isn’t comfortable knitting in the round yet. Yarn: Bernat Velvet, or any super bulky velvet yarn Hook: US Size 10.5 (6.50mm) Notions: Yarn needle, scissors"
Knitting Needle Size10.5 or 6.5 mm
Yarn Weight(5) Bulky/Chunky (12-15 stitches for 4 inches)
