Stranded Knitting: Fair Isle the Easy Way
Learn stranded knitting! Sponsored by the Hands on Knitting Center, this FREE one-hour class will cover the basics of knitting fair isle the easy way!
In this class Molly Conroy-Ungerecht will teach you how to make beautiful Urth Fair Isle Hats. Before class we suggest you download the pattern in advance and also cast on and work the ribbing. Class will begin with the chart after a quick demo on the German Twisted Cast on.

Materials:
Needles: US 5 and US 6 circular needles 16" length. Set of 4 DPNs in US 6.
Yarn: Urth Uneek Worsted (self striping) 1 skein and Urth Harvest Worsted (tonal dye) 1 skein. Be sure you have good contrast in color and value - do not try to "match" the yarns.
