"This ornament was made from clear glass bulbs bought at Hobby Lobby, using glass paint, glitter, ribbon, and floral decorations to match. Paint inside of the bulbs let dry over night, choose a color theme and decorations to match, using masking tape, place a piece around the bulb then using craft spray glue lightly spray top half and sprinkle with fine glitter let dry 20 to 30 minutes shake off excess glitter remove masking tape using hot glue gun place your decorations add ribbon."
