I have seen bags of vintage cookie cutters at estate sales and garage sales, as well as resale and thrift shops! Find them there and embellish any shape of cookie cutter in a similar way, with various colors! Not only do these make great little ornaments but you can add them as a pretty package topper alongside the bow for and extra gift that could very easily beco,e a cherished keepsake! Thanks for sharing a nice idea!

I absolutely love the look of this ornament. This will be so easy to do with family members. I collect angels so it is eye-catching for me. It would be cute using a number of different shaped cookie cutters. I'd be tempted to try it to turn an old cookie cutter from my grandmother into an heirloom ornament to be passed down.

Here I go again. Easy, cute and inexpensive. Those are my three favorite words. I have come to know that this site offers them a lot. To save even more money, don't buy the materials at a craft store. Hit the dollar stores. Cookie cutters abound there. And sometimes I find flower garlands or flower picks I can take apart and use in my projects.
