Draw, trace or use a stencil to draw a face on watercolor paper - make sure the paper is large enough to cover a canvas or wood frame.

Outline eyes and eyebrows with a small tip (.5 or smaller)

Paint eyes, lips and various areas. Tip - water down the paint to get that transparent color, let it dry then layer with the same colors any details. Add details with glitter, drops and the black pen.

After it dries use adhesive to add to a canvas or frame. Use a brayer to smooth out edges or air bubbles.

Touch up any areas that are not covered or may have been ruined in the process.
