It took me a double take to realize these aren't real flowers,in the photo! My daughter made these with a type of printed newsprint stock paper and the petals and shape was very realistic even though the paper was not a traditional color! These are nice as an accent to gift wrap, or even attached to a gift card! Easy to make, but looks high end! Thanks for sharing!

I know the roses with the news print you are talking about they are absolutely stunning. I wondered how they were made. I think these paper roses do look so real but even after watching the video the look a little complicated. Did your daughter find them easy to do? Does she have any advice? Have you tried to make any? They can be used in so many ways.

My daughter made these a few years back and she is very good at crafts, so easy for her. I think she used a pencil or pen to curl the edges. I haven't made these because I am working on fabric flowers now for a newborn headband project! Good luck if you try these! )
