Pretty Crown Envelope

Use some pretty cardstock, some sheer white ribbon and embellishments for this pretty crown envelope. This envelope is perfect for a little girl's birthday party. It's so easy, you can make many.
 

Materials:

• Cricut Expression® Personal Electronic Cutter with Plantin SchoolBook and Accent Essentials® cartridges [290300]
• Cricut® Once Upon a Princess cartridge [2000096]
• Cardstock: light pink, dark pink, pale pink, yellow, brown
• Ribbon: sheer white
• Embellishments
• Foam dots
• Adhesive
   

Steps:

1. Cut envelope. Using Once Upon a Princess cartridge and light pink cardstock, press Shift and cut one 5" <Envelop1>. Fold on score lines and assemble. Tie ribbon around flaps to hold envelope shut.
    
2. Cut crown. Using yellow cardstock, cut one 1" <Crown>. Repeat cut using light pink cardstock and Layer feature. Repeat cut using brown cardstock and Base Shadow/Phrase Shadow feature Using dark pink cardstock, press Shift and cut one 1" <Crown-s>. Repeat cut using pale pink cardstock and Layer feature. Layer and adhere crown to envelope using foam dots between yellow crown, brown crown, and envelope.
    
3. Add an embellishment to crown. Embellish envelope scallops.
